KARI Community Programs: For over a decade the KARI Community Programs Team has been delivering quality strategically targeted enrichment initiatives for the benefit of the Aboriginal people and community of South Western Sydney. This wealth of experience in relation to service provision and delivery has seen KARI's Community Programs go from strength to strength. With this experience behind us and a new dedicated and enthusiastic team onboard we are looking forward to many more years of faithful service to the community.

Our Mission: KARI Community Programs supports positive change through the provision of strategically coordinated initiatives to enhance opportunities for Aboriginal communities. We are committed to promoting the dignity, identity and cultural connectedness of Aboriginal people through our emphasis on community engagement, empowerment and self determination.

Our Philosophy: We provide innovation in service delivery and community engagement. Our programs work within a strengths based paradigm, valuing the skills and talents of our community and providing opportunities for Aboriginal people to build on these to reach their full potential.

Our programs are community driven. We have a strong focus on community engagement and consultation. We receive ongoing community feedback through our program evaluation process and consultation meetings. Due to our commitment for providing community driven programs we are currently developing a community lead steering committee and a youth Advisory board for KARI community programs.

Our programs provide opportunities for the Aboriginal Community of South West Sydney to build capacity and self determination through the following actions;
