The inaugural KARI Leadership Program launch was held on Thursday 3 March 2016. Community leaders and role models – either Aboriginal or non-Aboriginal – who either work directly across Aboriginal affairs and programs or indirectly work across Aboriginal issues, were selected to participate in the program.
The aim of the program is to provide participants with the opportunity to develop their personal and professional skills further, so that they are able to make more informed decisions to achieve better outcomes for the Aboriginal community. The program contents and processes are based on cutting edge leadership frameworks that reflect the latest in leadership development globally.
The program consists of four full-day workshops, five webinars and three individual coaching sessions.
Thank you to our partners at Commonwealth Bank Australia for donating the space for the program.
