KARI has received a $20,000 grant, from Wests Ashfield & Holman–Barnes Group to support the delivery of Digital Literacy Programs, helping participants build practical skills and confidence in an increasingly digital world.
Digital literacy is now essential for so many parts of everyday life, from accessing services and communicating online to completing education, applying for jobs and navigating digital workplaces. Building these skills can help reduce barriers, increase independence and give people greater confidence to participate fully in their communities and the workforce.
Chris Lawrence from KARI Training, Casey Ralph, KARI CEO, and Lauren Pitkin our Partnerships Manager attended the Holman Barnes Group Heart of the Community Luncheon on Tuesday 25th August, where the grant was formally presented.
The funding will support KARI Training’s work to provide accessible learning opportunities and strengthen digital capability among program participants.
Thank you to Wests Ashfield for supporting KARI Training and investing in programs that help people develop skills they can use in everyday life, education and employment.
