A representative from Black Duck Procurement stated:
Our partnership with KARI has opened many doors and provided us a lead to many opportunities so far.
The partnership has also offered us the ability to broaden our network of contacts and clientele as well as validating our brand in the industry.
We believe our partnership with KARI is the keystone to our positive start as a new business as well as continue to grow as we move forward into new ventures.
Future projects between KARI and Black Duck aim to provide links between the Indigenous youth and the construction and infrastructure industries. This will be in order to provide these youth with opportunities for employment.
The partnership has opened a variety of new doors and has driven positive outcomes for the Aboriginal community. This partnership also aims to drive new investment into the community.
Black Duck have been provided with the opportunity to shape the futures of Indigenous youth, as they have the ability to provide tools for them to grow and learn in this industry.
We look forward to where the partnership will go as KARI Foundation as well as Black Duck Procurement grow.
