It has been a busy start to the year here at KARI and I think I can speak for many of us when I say that I can’t believe March has approached so quickly. All of our programs are in full swing and over the past month we have run a number of camps including the Good Kids Camp and Mother and Children’s Camp.
Capacity building initiatives like these are so important and crucial to support us in our mission of flourishing Aboriginal communities and we are very proud of the teams that continue to deliver these fantastic programs.
This year started off on a very positive note with our Partnerships Team already securing a number of different funding opportunities across multiple programs, allowing us to further extend our reach and engagement in our community.
We have also been planning our upcoming Corporate Golf Day on the 15th of this month, to be held at the Coast Golf Club in Little Bay. Our corporate events provide a great platform for our existing and potential partners to network and learn more about how they can get involved with the work that we do.
We look forward to a very exciting year and in particular growing and nurturing our community and corporate partnerships
