2017 Partner of the Year – Property Industry Foundation.
What an incredible way to finish 2017. KARI’s annual Corporate Partner Thank You Event took place on Thursday 7th December. The evening was a celebration of the inspiring work and successes achieved by the KARI Foundation.
We couldn’t have done this without our amazing partners and supporters, who joined us for drinks and canapés so we could say thank you for their support throughout the year.
Hosted in the beautiful Manhattan Room at Doltone House Hyde Park, guests enjoyed networking followed by a panel discussion from KARI’s Cultural Unit and an awards ceremony.
The panel discussion highlighted the important work done by the staff in KARI’s Cultural Unit and emphasised the significance of culture not only for Aboriginal people, but for all facets of the work done at KARI. KARI alumni Jestyn Nand also sat on the panel and gave a stirring performance on the didgeridoo.
Every supporter, big and small, helped us make 2017 one of our best years yet. Their support is helping us change the lives of many Indigenous Australians, and for that, we were privileged to honour them with a number of awards.
