KARI Foundation’s Lead with Culture Program aims to empower Aboriginal youth between the ages of 15-21, who are disengaged from school or their community, with Aboriginal culture. This program aims to build strength, resilience and pride, as well as teach our youth the importance of what it means to be Aboriginal in modern Australia.
The program is delivering successful outcomes, returning youth to school into further education, and breaking the unemployment cycle.
Together with the Department of Social Services, this program works collaboratively with education providers, local communities, government and businesses to build strength and pride in Aboriginal young people.
