Mob Fit is a holistic health and wellbeing program that uses group exercise as the vehicle for engagement. This program not only aims to get our participants active, but also to change their mindsets and their perceptions on their overall health.
Facilitated by certified personal trainers, the objective of this program is to engage the Aboriginal community in regular exercise and to inform participants about healthy lifestyle alternatives through the promotion of better food and diet choices.
Regular health screening is provided throughout the duration of the program so that the trainers can help participants to reach their goals.
