On Wednesday 15th March we hosted our annual Charity Golf Day. What started out as a morning of torrential rain, ended up being a spectacular day with Mother Nature turning on the sunshine for our golfers.
After enjoying some networking over a breakfast of bacon and egg rolls, approximately 60 players descended on the golf course to compete in a 4 ball Ambrose competition.
Once play concluded, players relaxed over a BBQ lunch followed by a prize giving ceremony.
There were some great prizes given out on the day including The Coast Golf Club gift vouchers, Captain Cook Harbour Cruises, Drummond Golf gift vouchers and more.
Guests also helped raise funds by participating in a raffle, with winners taking home a great selection of prizes including:
- 4 burner BBQ
- Meat trays
- Signed 2016 Rabbitohs jersey
- Catered 12 seater box at a Rabbitohs Game
Thank you to our partners and supporters who attended on the day. This ongoing commitment and support of KARI’s mission ensures we can continue to do our work in the Aboriginal community.
