What an exciting year it has been for KARI in terms of our service re-branding and our corporate partner engagement strategy. I must congratulate the Branding and Partnerships team for all their great work throughout the year and in particular thank our program Manager, Mia Matheson for leading the team so expertly.
To our service youth Ambassadors Beau Champion and Brent Kite, we thank you both immensely for the wonderful work you have done in mentoring and supporting our young students. To our service Ambassador Ray Hadley OAM we thank you so very much for hosting our 2016 Gala Dinner so masterfully and we thank you for your continued commitment to KARI.
To all of our wonderful sponsors, corporate partners, volunteers and supporters who have come on board to support the great work that we believe is so important, we thank you one and all. To all of our KARI service award winners this year we say to you well done and well deserved.
We are now looking forward to an even bigger and more prosperous 2017 and to start the ball rolling we will be attending the 2017 Australia Day Lunch at Darling Harbour on 20 January as the official Community Partner. So look out for more KARI events and more opportunities to support us in our mission to strengthen Aboriginal Australia and at the same time strengthen this great nation.
In closing, on behalf of the KARI Board and all of our staff we would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a very prosperous and Happy New Year.
Paul Ralph
