Come and join KARI’s Changing Lives Larapinta Trek and help raise funds to continue our mission. KARI aims to build strength in families and services for Aboriginal Australians with the funds from this trek.
Located in the Northern Territory, the Larapinta Trail stretches 223 kilometres along the backbone of the West MacDonnell Ranges and is regarded as one of Australia’s premier walking tracks.
This trek allows you the opportunity to challenge yourself and test your limits as you travel across the Red Centre. One of the world’s oldest river systems will be by your side as you follow Aboriginal Dreaming tracks.
At night you get to fall asleep to the sounds of native wildlife under a blanket of stars.
The trek runs over the course of a week from the 10th of September-16th of September.
The funds you raise through the Changing Lives Larapinta Trek will assist KARI with the expansion of our programs. KARI aims to expand these programs in Western Sydney and Metro Sydney Regions.
These much needed funds will mean that we will be able to offer our holistic service and programs to all children and young people in our care.
